You can make changes to or cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before departure. In cases of family or medical emergencies, we review each situation with flexibility and understanding. If JL Tours cancels a tour for any reason — extreme weather, insufficient bookings — your deposit is refunded in full or applied to the next available tour.
